By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the luck54 platform — including its website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Participation on luck54 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. luck54 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. luck54 does not represent that the Services are available or appropriate for use in any specific country or territory, including Pakistan. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited access the platform entirely at their own legal risk.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on luck54. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, luck54 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any related transactions or winnings.

To access the full range of Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
luck54 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage — including, but not limited to, prior to your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when requested by our compliance team. Accepted documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and a recent proof of address.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on withdrawals or, in cases of sustained non-compliance, Account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. luck54 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by luck54 at the time of the transaction. Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are listed for contextual reference only. luck54 makes no representation that any specific payment provider supports or endorses gambling transactions, and payment availability is subject to change without notice. All deposits are denominated in PKR where supported.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. luck54 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the Account Holder's own name. luck54 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are published in the cashier section. luck54 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the published timeframes but cannot guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party payment providers or compliance reviews.
PKR is the primary currency reference on the platform. Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be that available at the time of the transaction, plus any applicable conversion fees, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the transaction.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting luck54 support is a breach of these Terms. Any Account associated with a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings associated with the disputed funds may be voided.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available by luck54 are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion. These terms include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. Players are required to read and accept promotion-specific terms before opting in.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and game contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
luck54 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the Account of any User found to be abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of bonus promotions inconsistent with normal recreational play.
luck54 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use at the time of the change.
luck54 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns, where odds have been published in error, or where a market is suspended. A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and a transaction record in your Account history.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or human error resulting in incorrectly displayed odds, game outcomes or account balances, luck54 reserves the right to correct such errors and to void any bets or game rounds affected. luck54 will not be liable for any losses arising from your reliance on erroneous information.
Sport-specific rules govern the settlement of all sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other markets. References to leagues, tournaments and governing bodies (PCB, PSL, ICC) are for sporting context only; luck54 has no official affiliation with any sporting body, team or franchise.
Casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer titles, are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective software suppliers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published where available. luck54 does not manipulate game outcomes and uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or other commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of luck54 is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck54 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the luck54 support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be voided, and any real-money Balance will be returned to you subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.
luck54 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so to comply with applicable law or the instructions of a competent authority. In such cases, luck54 may withhold funds pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck54 holds its operating licence. Users acknowledge that applicable local law in their own jurisdiction — including, for Pakistani users, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict or prohibit online gambling. Nothing in these Terms overrides applicable local law, and luck54 does not represent that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of luck54's licence jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
luck54 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
